these fit perfectly in my narrow stairwell and provide a good amount of light. What I like best about them is you can hang them either up or down and they are positioned very close to the wall so they don't infringe on your space as you use the staircase. Love them.

I had this installed in my closet. I love being able to adjust the individual bulbs to the place where I need the light in my closet. Have ordered another one. Now I have bright light in my closet and I can see everything!
