Item came in time and packaging was fairly adequate. Per examining a few pieces- there were some small chips but nothing which was absolutely broken and cant be used pieces were noticed. The install took some time but the light for the small foyer entry space shined very well and the unique design was well noticed by everyone who entered the foyer. Makes a great house warming gift!
