My understanding is that "one-size" ment that it would be able to stretch a bit, at least to fit a handful of different sizes. Buit does not, at all. I only wanted it to be more flexible. I have a small body but even I couldn't quite fit into this "one size" garment. I should look at the measurements next time but, i hoped i wouldn't have to.
