Very sturdy product. Unfortunately I wish it was a little lighter in color to match better to my butcher block island but it really is beautiful - we're going to take some time with it and consider possible ways to lighten it. We used edison bulbs with it on a dimmer and its really nice. We have a 12 inch length of pipe that hangs from the ceiling and that's working very well. I thought we might need the shorter pipe - its nice to know I had the option of requesting the shorter length if needed. Took about a week to get here - reasonable. I couldn't find anything like this in the stores - price seemed very reasonable as well.

This light arrived early and my husband installed it before our Christmas guest arrived.my husbands a carpenter who admires amazing craftsmanship- it’s beautiful and goes perfectly in our new home.
