Just as described. I just needed some extra light in my back bedroom. I dont think I'd use the ceiling hooks tho. They're a bit on the flimsy side. I already had more decorative ones.

I needed lighting in my living room dining area...This hanging lamp filled the criteria and price at this time.
I thought it was glass shade ( did not read description) but it is plastic
Easy to put up..just plug in
Can purchase the chain later to cover cord.
Great for the price
Only thing was the company had this sticker on the lamp and could not get the awful glue off the lamp. Call company and told them to consider this issue..do not need heavy glue for the sticker. Did come off but took several methods..they call back and listened. So perhaps they will use a different sticky glue

I ordered one of these to hang over the utility sink in my garage and then immediately got another one to hang over my workbench. This is an excellent product for the money. And as others have said, an LED bulb is the way to go.

I love lamp? 😅 I seriously love this light. So convenient for apartments that don't have main overhead lighting. Super long cord makes it convenient to put in the middle of the ceiling and run the cord to plug in. I simple hang it with command hooks.

Just works. Didn't expect the included hardware, but saved me having to Jerry-rig something. Shade unscrews from base as others have mentioned.
