I have 2 parts, the sweater then the customer service.
1. The sweater itself is absolutely amazing. The print on it is very high quality, not as white looking in the photo but it is exactly how it looks in the photo.
I ordered a medium (using the size chart as a guide) and it does fit well in the chest area, not so much around my hips, but it is a little snug and its a bit of a struggle to take off.
Material wise it is very soft both inside and out, with the inside being of a soft, fuzzy material which makes the sweater very warm to wear.
My biggest thing about this sweater though is that the sleeves are long. I've ordered many sweaters from various overseas websites and this is the first one I've ever bought where the ends of the sleeves stop mid-hand. This makes me soooooooooooo freaking happy!
2. The customer service wasn't that great. I ordered it Sept 30 and got it the first of November, which even with the most basic of shipping is the slowest i've ever received items overseas. It took 12 days to process, which is absolutely ridiculous. The website the sent with the tracking number is impossible to use as well. The customer service wasn't that helpful either.
Overall, im most likely going to purchase from them again, I am in love with the quality of this sweater and i hope everything else is of such amazing quality too!

LOVE! This jumper, great quality and looks just like the photo.
Shipping time was quick however the processing took about a month.
Im a size 14, Bought XL and it was slightly tight but its a snug fit and i guess thats about right.
All in all I love it!

I love this sweatshirt! However, I'd recommend ordering a size up. I bought a large and it's a bit snug on me!
