Item is very nice, sturdy and looks as advertised. BUT, it did not come with instructions (thank God it was easy to figure out). Also, the wiring is on the end of the fixture instead of the center. Most lights like this are centered in the room, and so is the junction box. Why the heck would you put the wiring on the end?!?!?! It took some extr wiring work to get this right.
