i'm 5'1'' tall 110 lbs and i ordered a size small. the fabric is thin but opaque so i can wear it to work without a cami underneath. above the elbow the sleeves are snug on me, and i don't have large arms. so if you're usually a small but have some chub on your upper arms, take your chances on a medium or don't order! everything else is great, from the buttons to the length of the sleeves
