The product picture is what you get. The picture doesn't lie. It comes in a one size fits all and that's not 100% true. I'm about a size small, maybe medium at the biggest, and it fits me nearly perfectly. The arm sleeves are just slightly too short but not super noticeable and not enough to make it uncomfortable. If you're a size large or up I wouldn't get it, it would be too small. I may think twice if I were a medium/large as well. Overall, not too bad.
