This top is very simple, and is exactly like the photo. The material is stretchy, and it goes around all the good bits. I have a 35in chest and 28.5 waist. I didn't know which size to order so I ordered both S and M and both fit perfectly. I'm not sure why it's called "front GREEN rib..." ... it's blue / darkish turquoise! I've added pictures of both to show how they both fit.
